Log in, go to Account Settings and edit your details. Some information — such as your date of birth and CNIC number — cannot be self-edited after verification for security reasons. To change those fields, contact support@sr777.im with your account details and a copy of your CNIC and the team will update your record after verifying your identity.

Log in and go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice and confirm. If you've forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page — SR777 will send a reset link to your registered email or an OTP to your registered mobile number.

Contact support@sr777.im with a request to close your account. Before closure, SR777 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. SR777 processes withdrawal requests to mobile wallets quickly — typically within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals go to the registered Easypaisa or JazzCash number on your account.

For fully verified accounts: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals take 1 to 3 business hours. Card withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer as SR777 completes standard identity verification. SR777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. A wagering requirement (sometimes called a playthrough requirement) means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of your bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus winnings. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 30,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Progress is shown in your SR777 account bonus section. Only bets on qualifying games count — games that contribute 100% towards wagering are listed in the bonus terms.

Common reasons: the deposit didn't meet the minimum qualifying amount, the deposit was made from a payment method not eligible for the bonus, the bonus opt-in was not completed during registration, or the account already received a welcome bonus previously (one per player). No. Bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Your real-money balance (deposits and genuine cash winnings) can typically be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification. If you want to withdraw your deposit before completing wagering, SR777 will forfeit the bonus and any winnings generated from it — your original deposit amount remains withdrawable.

SR777 displays odds in decimal format by default. To calculate your potential return: multiply your stake (in PKR) by the odds displayed. For example, if Pakistan to win is priced at 1.85 and you stake Rs 1,000, your return if they win would be Rs 1,850 (Rs 850 profit + your Rs 1,000 stake back). Yes. SR777 offers live in-play cricket betting on selected matches, with odds updating in real time as the game progresses. Markets available during live play typically include next wicket, next over totals, current partnership runs, method of next dismissal and match winner with updated prices reflecting the current match situation. In-play markets for a match become available once the toss has been completed. Note that odds move fast in-play — bets are placed at the price shown at the moment of confirmation.

If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, SR777 follows standard void-and-refund rules for most markets — your stake is returned in full to your PKR balance. If a result was officially declared before abandonment (e.g. via DLS method in rain-affected matches), bets are settled on that official result. Match-winner and most pre-match markets are settled within minutes of the official result being confirmed. Player performance markets (top scorer, top wicket taker etc.) are settled once official scorecards are confirmed, which is usually within an hour of the match ending.
