SR777 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SR777 website located at sr777.im and all related services, games, promotions and features provided by SR777 ("SR777", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing sr777.im, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use SR777's services. Accessing SR777 while not agreeing to these Terms is a breach of this agreement.

These Terms apply to all SR777 users, including those who browse without an account and those with registered player accounts. Certain sections apply specifically to registered players making financial transactions.

To register and use SR777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

If an account was used to accept bonuses or winnings in breach of eligibility rules, those bonuses and winnings will be voided.

To access SR777's full range of services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details.

One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one SR777 account. This rule applies regardless of the device used, the payment method used, or the household from which you access SR777. If SR777 determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether with the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and SR777 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and remains up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information — including a false date of birth, false name, or a mobile number that does not belong to you — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Account Verification

SR777 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie with the document, or proof of your registered payment method. Accounts for which verification cannot be completed will have withdrawals suspended pending successful verification. SR777 cannot process withdrawals to unverified accounts for transactions above SR777's internal risk thresholds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SR777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. SR777 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any SR777 communication requesting your password should be reported to support@sr777.im immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must:

1. Change your password immediately via the SR777 account settings.
2. Contact SR777 support via live chat or email within 24 hours.
3. Provide SR777 with as much detail as possible regarding the suspected unauthorised access.

SR777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred because a player failed to adequately secure their login credentials, shared their password with another person, or failed to log out from a shared device.

SR777 reserves the right to lock an account if unusual activity is detected, pending contact with the account holder to verify identity and recent activity.

All deposits to SR777 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SR777 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Full details of minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are provided on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• SR777 does not accept deposits made using payment methods that have been reported stolen, fraudulently obtained, or belong to another person.
• SR777 charges no fees on deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your SR777 balance upon confirmation. Mobile wallet deposits are typically instant. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to one hour during banking hours.
• If a deposit does not appear after the expected processing time, contact SR777 support with your transaction reference number. SR777 will investigate and resolve genuine missing deposits promptly.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Only your real money balance (not bonus balance) is available for withdrawal. Bonus funds must complete their associated wagering requirements before any derived winnings become withdrawable.
• SR777 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience delays.
• SR777 does not charge withdrawal fees. Provider-side fees may apply.
• SR777 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts as part of its standard risk management procedures.
• If a withdrawal has not been received after the stated processing window, contact SR777 support with your withdrawal reference number.

Large Withdrawal Payouts

For jackpot wins or withdrawal requests that are unusually large relative to a player's typical activity, SR777 may contact the player to arrange a payout schedule and to complete enhanced verification. This is standard practice in the online gaming industry and is not an indication of any intent to withhold legitimately earned winnings.

SR777 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and special event promotions. General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is displayed at the time of the bonus offer.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate, as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• SR777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus at any time with notice to affected players.
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts, fraudulent means, or in violation of these Terms will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

All games available on SR777 are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game's interface, and by these general Terms. In the case of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the individual game rules explicitly provide otherwise.

Game Integrity

All SR777 games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing bodies. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each slot title. Crash games such as Aviator use a provably fair system that players can verify independently. SR777 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so without the manipulation being detectable through published verification tools.

Technical Malfunction

In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — SR777 reserves the right to void that specific round and return the stake to the player. Sports Betting

In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or significant rule changes to a sporting event, SR777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on SR777 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using SR777 for any form of money laundering or financing of any illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to interact with SR777 games or systems.
• Exploiting any software bugs, game errors or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud — disputing legitimate SR777 transactions with your payment provider.
• Attempting to access SR777's systems in any unauthorised manner.
• Selling, transferring or sharing your SR777 account with any other person.
• Using SR777 services for any commercial purpose without written authorisation.

SR777 uses advanced security systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.

All content on SR777 — including but not limited to the SR777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of SR777 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any SR777 content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from SR777.

Your use of SR777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any rights to download, copy, or use SR777 content outside the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SR777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, SR777 services, including losses arising from:

• Gaming losses resulting from normal game operation.
• Temporary unavailability of SR777 services due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Third-party payment processing delays beyond SR777's control.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from inadequate player-side security.
• Any reliance on information provided on SR777 that is not financial or legal advice.

SR777's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of its services is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits SR777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

SR777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties with their gaming behaviour. SR777 provides the following tools to all registered players:

• The player's activity poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to SR777.
• The player has been found to be under 18 years of age.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, SR777 reserves the right to withhold and/or void any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and real-money funds that are the subject of an ongoing investigation. Where real-money funds are determined to be legitimately deposited and unrelated to the breach, SR777 will return those funds to the player's original payment method after the investigation is complete.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their SR777 account may do so by contacting support@sr777.im. Any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time after all pending withdrawal conditions are met.

SR777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept SR777's Privacy Policy in its entirety.

SR777 collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming history for the following purposes:

In the event of any dispute between a player and SR777, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through SR777's internal complaints process:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to support@sr777.im with full details of the issue and your desired resolution.
2. SR777 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
3. If the complaint cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, SR777 may refer the matter to its designated dispute resolution provider.

Players agree not to pursue legal action against SR777 without first completing the internal complaints process in full. This clause does not limit any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
